1. Do I get a discount as a PBA member to exhibit?

No, PBA members do not receive discounted exhibit rates.  However, certain discounts
are made available to PBA members once they become official exhibitors.  Contact PBA directly for information on all benefits offered to its members.

2. If I exhibit this year will I have a better choice of booth selection for next year?

Yes.  Exhibit contracts are sent on a placement schedule that begins first with returning exhibitors
(applies only to companies that exhibit the prior year).

3. What are the set-up and tear-down times for exhibitors?

SET-UP

1pm – 5pm	Wednesday, July 24, 2019	Targeted only (60 sq meters or more)
8am – 5pm	Thursday, July 25, 2019	Targeted only (60 sq meters or more)
8am – 5pm	Friday, July 26, 2019	All Exhibitors.

4. Will there be a business center at the show?

Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Business Center will be open to anyone needing to make copies, send or receive faxes, send packages, etc.  It is located on Level 1 of the Convention Center.

5. Is there a message center on the show floor?

No.

6. What is the difference between a distributor and an OTC?

Both will typically buy directly from the manufacturer and sell to salons.  An OTC however, will have a store where they sell to the public and salon professionals (80% of business must be to salon and spa professionals to get on the business floor).  A distributor will not have a store but a warehouse to store their product.

7. What is a manufacturer representative?

A company that acts as a sales force for the manufacturer.  They help the manufacturers find distributors for their products, but do not house inventory.

8. Manufacturer, distributor, salons – who buys what from who?

A manufacturer creates the product – then a distributor / OTC will buy their product and sell it to salon owners and professionals – salon owners will sell to the public.

9. How do I know if a company contacting me to provide onsite services is legitimate and an official vendor to CPNA?

12. Where do I park?

The first hour is complimentary. Vehicles that are self-parked at any MGM Resorts parking facility for longer than one hour will
be subject to a parking fee. The self-parking fee is free for vehicles parked between 0-1 hours, $9 parked between 1-2
hours and $12 for vehicles parked between 2-4 hours and $15 for over 4 to 24 hours, and over 24 hours it is $15 each additional day or fraction therof at Mandalay Bay and Delano.

The valet parking fee is $16 for 0-2 hours, 2-4 hours it is $18 dollars, and $24 for between 4-24 hours. All parking fees repeat every 24 hours. Parking fees may be higher during special events. Self-parking is complimentary for M life members level Pearl and higher and valet parking is complimentary for M life members level Gold and higher. All
complimentary parking is subject to availability.

For registered hotel guests, the 24-hour parking fee (self or valet) includes “in and out” privileges at the guest’s originating
MGM resort and also includes the same “in and out” parking privileges at any other MGM resort within the same 24-hour
period, subject to availability. Parking fees are subject to change and parking is subject to availability
